Klyte provides software tools that allow Amazon sellers to view and interpret operational account information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
Klyte collects only the information necessary to operate the platform.
This may include:
Account Information
Name and email address used to create your Klyte account.
Authorized Amazon Seller Data
If you connect your Amazon seller account, Klyte may access certain operational data through Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API). This may include information such as listings, inventory data, account health signals, and performance metrics.
Technical Platform Data
Limited technical information required for platform functionality and security, such as session identifiers and basic request logs.
How We Use Information
Information collected through the platform is used solely to operate and improve the Klyte service.
This may include:
• Displaying authorized Amazon seller data within the Klyte interface
• Enabling users to search and interpret operational account information
• Maintaining platform stability and security
• Providing user support when requested
Amazon Data Usage
Klyte accesses Amazon seller data exclusively through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API (SP-API) and only after the seller has granted authorization through Amazon’s OAuth consent process.
Amazon seller data is used solely to provide functionality requested by the authorized seller within the platform.
Klyte does not sell, rent, distribute, or use Amazon seller data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Protection of Personal Information (PII)
Klyte is designed to minimize the handling of personally identifiable information.
When Amazon seller data is processed:
• Only the minimum information necessary for platform functionality is accessed
• Sensitive personal data is filtered or redacted where possible
• Access to sensitive data is restricted and monitored
• Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the platform
Klyte does not use Amazon customer personal information for marketing, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Data Retention
Amazon seller data is retained only as long as necessary to provide platform functionality.
Users may revoke Klyte’s access to their Amazon account at any time through Amazon Seller Central.
Data Security
Klyte implements security measures designed to protect user information, including encryption in transit and controlled access to stored data.
Data Sharing
Klyte does not sell personal information or Amazon seller data.
Information may be shared only in the following situations:
• With infrastructure providers required to operate the platform
• When required by law
• With the user’s explicit authorization
User Rights
Users may request to:
• Access their stored information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete their account and associated data
• Disconnect their Amazon account authorization
