Terms of Service Last updated: March 4, 2026 Service Description Klyte provides software tools that help Amazon sellers view, search, and interpret operational account data retrieved through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). The platform provides visibility into account information but does not perform automated actions within Amazon Seller Central. Amazon Account Authorization To access Amazon seller data, users must authorize Klyte through Amazon’s official OAuth authorization process. Users may revoke this authorization at any time through their Amazon Seller Central account. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of their account credentials • Ensuring they have permission to connect any Amazon account they authorize • Complying with Amazon’s policies and terms of service Acceptable Use The platform may not be used for unlawful activities, attempts to access unauthorized data, or actions that violate Amazon’s policies. Service Availability Klyte may update or modify the platform periodically to improve functionality and security.
